  1. Before each usage, sterilize diamond burs.
  • Autoclave this product for 3 minutes at 134 °C (273 °F) or 30 minutes at 121 °C (250 °F).
  • Remove any pollutants with a cleaning solvent or disinfectant before sterilizing using an autoclave, chemiclave, heat sterilization, or disinfection liquid.
  • Do not submerge diamond burs in chlorine disinfectants.
  • Use the cleaning solutions, disinfectant, and sterilizer according to the directions.
  1. Attach a diamond bur to a dental handpiece (dental air turbine, micro motor etc.).
  • Insert the shank entirely into the handpiece's chuck, as directed by the manufacturer.
  • Prior to use, do a test run to ensure safety and smooth functioning without run-out.
  • Before using a diamond bur, make sure the head is in good shape. Do not use damaged or faulty instruments, such as those with corrosion, surface flaws, deformation, filth, or shank exposure from repeated usage.
  1. Use in the traditional manner.
  • Never exceed the maximum allowable rotational speed.
  • When finished, use a local dust extractor, protective mask, and so on to avoid the harmful effects of dust on the human body.
  • When using, wear protective equipment such as glasses.
  • Avoid using thin and lengthy abrasives at sharp angles or with considerable pressure. They are brittle and can bend or shatter under heavy loads.
  1. To reuse after intraoral usage, quickly remove any pollutants with a cleaning solvent or disinfectant and sterilize.
